Scheduling & Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your surgery date and lock in your quoted price. Because hospital and surgical team resources are reserved specifically for you, this deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens. You are allowed one (1) complimentary date change to your surgery, provided you notify our coordination team at least 15 days prior to your originally scheduled date. Flight Delays & Cancellations: If your airline experiences unexpected delays or flight cancellations, please notify us immediately. Our team will work with the hospital to adjust your surgery schedule accordingly based on the new arrival time, with no additional penalty to you. Medical Clearance: Your safety is our absolute priority. This surgical proposal is contingent upon final medical clearance. If our medical team discovers an undisclosed or critical pre-existing condition during your in-person pre-operative evaluations that makes the surgery unsafe, the procedure may be canceled or postponed. Quote Validity: The prices, promotions, and inclusions listed in this medical proposal are strictly valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the proposal will expire and may be subject to review or price adjustments based on current hospital fees. Undisclosed Conditions: Any extra medical interventions, specialist consultations, or extended hospital stays required due to undisclosed pre-existing conditions or non-compliance with pre-operative instructions will be the financial responsibility of the patient.This medical proposal and its associated pricing are strictly confidential and customized specifically for {{contact.name}}.
